Poolkemie provides
a large range of vulcanized black or coloured sheets for technical uses
and industrial applications.
The sheet can be
in rubber or with textile insertion (Nylon or polyester), the surface
can be smooth or with a canvas-type print on one or both sides. Temperature
range between -50° and +200°C. They can be supplied in rolls or
sheets in different sized and thickness.
Elastomer range: natural rubber, stirolic, nitrile, chloroprene, ethylene-propylene,
fluorinated and silicone rubber and others on request.
Applications: antiabrasion, electric insulation, food, high mechanical
performances, resistant to oil and fuel, weathering agents, ozone and
fire.

STYRENE BUTADIENE RUBBER (SBR):
Black and coloured for general use. Can withstand temperatures up to 70°
C. Industrial rubber sheets
NATURAL
RUBBER (NR):
Semi transparent or various colours with excellent mechanical properties.
Can withstand temperatures up to 70° C. Para rubber sheets
NATURAL
RUBBER (NR) OR COMBINATIONS OF SBR-BR:
Black - with special anti abrasive and good mechanical properties. Can
withstand temperatures up to 75° C (NR) and 80° C (SBR - BR).
Anti-abrasive rubber sheets.
BLACK
NITRILE RUBBER (NBR):
Oil and fuel resistant with good mechanical properties. Can withstand
temperatures up to 100° C.
BLACK
CR SHEET: Highly
versatile as it is resistant to oil, atmospheric agents and flame. Has
good mechanical properties. Can withstand temperatures up to 90° C.
Chloroprene rubber sheets
ETHYLEN-PROPYLENE
RUBBER (EPDM):
Black, excellent resistance to atmospheric agents, ozone and chemical
agents in general. Good mechanical properties. Can withstand temperatures
up to 120°C.
SHEET
MADE OF FKM (FLUORINATED RUBBER):
Black, excellent resistance to heat, high temperature oil, fuels and ozone.
Excellent resistance to flames and chemicals. Can withstand temperatures
up to 200° C.
RUBBER
SHEET MADE OF VMQ (SILICONE RUBBER):
Available in two colours: transparent and red. Excellent resistance to
high and low temperatures, ozone and atmospheric agents. Can withstand
temperatures up to + 180° C - 50°C.
SHEET
MADE OF NITRILE RUBBER (NBR):
White, suitable for use with food including contact with oily products.
SHEET
MADE OF NATURAL AND CHLOROPRENE RUBBER (NR-CR):
Black, for bridge bearing.
